As usual on Fridays, my husband and I just want to stay in and relax. We grabbed our flyers and decided onsushi. We wanted to try the new one down the road and noticed they delivered, but when I called they said they nolonger deliver, my husband picked it up. Luckily, it is really close. My hubby wanted the Tuna Donburi, Beef Udon and I went with the Deep Fried Roll Combo. The menu is quite extensive. It has many specialty rolls and fusion items. Soups, salads, starters, sashimi, as well as seared sashimi. My Deep Fried combo consisted of the spicy magic roll, crazyboy roll and playboy roll which are all specialty rolls and ordering it in a combo saves about $1. There are enough items on thi...
AMAZING FOOD. really busy on weekends so I recommend people to make reservations before. Environment and food is upscale. Affordable price for dinners and lunch. Especially lunch plate deals are dead serious. It's amazing how you can choose any choices within the plate; it contains like 30 different things. Fresh raw fish and amount of the fish on top of the special rolls are unbelievably big. I would definitely pay a little more to eat this kind of goodies rather than going to places where they let you down when you first take a look at the food you ordered. Great presentation as well as well mannered staffs!
By far the best sushi in Maple Ridge.Always so fresh and deciduous. The inside is beautiful and the pricing is not bad at all.After trying this place I have never gone back to Ebi or Shinobe. It is never very full, which is a bit upsetting, makes me wonder if people are not giving it a try, I know 100% if you try this place you wont go back to your regular place. With so many sushi places to choose from in Maple Ridge, I would go back to Aburiya every time. The seared tuna is so good.Also, the dynamite rolls are on point!
THE BEST SUSHI IN TOWN!. Well.. Heard about this new place not so long ago from a friend of mine. So many sushi places to choose from in d'ridge but I was so glad to try it out myself! Friendly waitress greeted me first and there were few tables already talking to each other about how good the food was!I was recommended the Fusion style sushi called the OSHI. Seriously..the best thing I had in any sushi places EVER!!!! Very satisfiedwith the service and the food! Definitely bringing all my people to this place next time.
Wonderful sushi restaurant! Great decor, well laid out so you're not too close to other tables while dining. Feels very upscale. The Sushi is amazing, highly recommend the aburi sushi (seared salmon) and the baked rolls especially the Lion King roll. It has corn in it which initially made us a little leery but the TASTE will reel you back for more!<br/ <br/ This is my favorite sushi restaurant east of New Westminister and it may even top the charts. Highly recommended!
Aburiya Sushi is my go-to place in Maple Ridge. After taking my family for dinner and having a wonderful experience, I have introduced several of my colleagues from work to this great little gem. They too are now regulars. I have several favourite dishes here, but by far the baked salmon roll wins me over every time. The lunch bento is exceptional, and priced very reasonably. You won't be disappointed.
Service was decent,they refilled our tea. I personally thought the pricing was kind of expensive though. I got the sashimi salmon oshi combo and the tempura udon. I really liked the regular salmon oshi aburi, that was my favourite. The udon wasn't my favourite but it was still pretty good. The decor was really nice as well, I find Maple Ridge has nicely decorated restaurants compared to Vancouver.
After meals at Miku DT, I wanted to see if there was any restaurants in the area that serve Aburi style sushi. This is a definite must try! My new local sushi place hands down. Will be returning soon!
MUST TRY! Not just the interior is fancy. Food is Amazing here. Moved into the ridge not long ago but the best sushi I have tasted so far!Staffs are friendly, great service, great food, nice atmosphere.
