I tired to resolve this with management to no avail. Victor the manager, Shame on you for ignoring a customers concerns and doing absolutely nothing to resolve my situation and offering no apology. Taking to accountability for your staff increasing a tip. Also, no offering any resolution for my food that was unsatisfactory. I was going to just forget it and never return. But upon speaking to my sister, she suggested I message corporate and leave a Yelp review. So that the manager and staff can be consoled and hopefully this does not happen to others. Right off the bat, they were kind and attended us well with the chips and salsa. Once we were ready to take our orders, the guy didn’t take our order correctly, and gave me a plain burrito when I had asked if they can put the sour cream inside rather than outside. When I noticed that it was plain, I asked if it didn’t come with rice and beans inside(because there was rice and beans served outside, but I thought that was separate from the burrito… nope, he said that it was a do it yourself sort of thing which is really stupid. The food is great. The service is excellent. The restaurant is very clean, with the exception of the bathroom.
