I tired to resolve this with management to no avail. Victor the manager, Shame on you for ignoring a customers concerns and doing absolutely nothing to resolve my situation and offering no apology. Taking to accountability for your staff increasing a tip. Also, no offering any resolution for my food that was unsatisfactory. I was going to just forget it and never return. But upon speaking to my sister, she suggested I message corporate and leave a Yelp review. So that the manager and staff can be consoled and hopefully this does not happen to others. Juan H. was an outstanding server during our visit today. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and brought a smile to our faces the entire time, even dancing as he served us!
