Beware of this vending machine—it doesn't provide change and charges prices higher than what is displayed. Even more frustrating, it can effectively take all your money without giving anything in return. The company seems to be avoiding accountability, as their contact numbers are disconnected or invalid. This is the kind of shady behavior you expect from a company that deserves to fail. I'm determined to urge management to have these vending machines removed from our premises for good. Companies like this really should not be in business.
This company's machines are a complete scam! They rarely return your change. I used my card, and although it accepted the payment, it then claimed that my card was declined. However, the charge went through, including the fees. I couldn't call the company because the number on the machine is so faded it's unreadable! When I tried the local number listed on their website, I received a message saying the number couldn't be reached. This is a huge rip-off! Avoid these machines if you want to save yourself from being cheated!
This company's machines rip you off! Rarely gives you your change! Used my card, only for it to take it, but then tell me the card was declined. However, it came out of my account, fee and all. On the website, when trying the local number for the company, I got the recording stating the number Can't be reached as dialed. A HUGH rip off! At Arcelor-Mittal Burns Harbor, the driver servicing the Pickle Line/Tandem Mill vending machines is rude, arrogant and refuses to pay people, who lost money, their money back. 10 minutes ago, July 9, 2017, at 7:22 pm I bought a BLT Sandwich with a best buy date of 6/27/17. The person who stocks these machines definitely needs replaced or the machines need to be removed.

I have a suspicion that someone's been skimming cards, and it seems to be connected to this restaurant. I'll keep my eyes open and make changes accordingly.
