Acquafresca By Pilu

I went to this restaurant with my family today for lunch. We ordered fish, pasta, and pizza. The fish and pasta were completely raw and uncooked, and the pizza base was off. Honestly, I have never had such distasteful food in my life. I felt sick after eating and started vomiting. The food had no flavor and was just disgusting. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service was the only decent thing about our experience; everything else was terrible.

We've always been a fan of Pilu and dined at Freshwater and Aqua Fresca before lockdown. We tried the takeaway to support our local restaurants and weren't disappointed. We had the gnocchi Sorrentina, malloreddus, rigatoni and garlic Schiacciata. Everything was delicious and servings were generous, as we would expect of Pilu. Service was professional and polite but we waited longer than expected to pick up our order.

the most expensive and oily food i have ever eaten. If i wanted to have a cup of oil for lunch, i could have had it much cheaper at home. Everything just tasted of olive oil, and for the prices we paid, the serves were tiny and obviously covered in oil. IF there was any ambience or great service, it may have made up for it, but i was sadly disappointed. Won't be recommending to anyone.

The garlic bread is a great choice for a starter and the pizzas are delicious. The desserts provided a wonderful ending to a lovely evening, complemented by the friendly staff.

The restaurant was very accommodating for our big group. The food was delicious and the space was great.
