Describing this place as a balti restaurant is misleading, as it actually resembles more of a kebab shop infested with rats. We ordered 3 curries, mixed grills, onion bhajis, and naan breads. Unfortunately, all three curries contained raw chicken, which was in large chunks similar to what you would find on a pizza. The rogan Josh had green peppers and tomato slices that you might expect on a pizza, not in a curry. The mixed grills included hamburger patties and undercooked fried mushrooms. Ordered a late night snack of just eat, ordered spicy rice, a chicken thing in a pita bread, and a quarter pounder with cheese chips. The rice is absolutely vile I’ve had one spoonful and literally made me gag. It’s literally some pilau rice absolutely drenched in paprika chilli flakes or whatever poison is used, no flavour too it at all and now I can’t taste whatever is in this pitta bread (probably a good thing) because my mouth is burning. Ordered online and initially saw the menu was extensive... Very extensive. To the point its kind of off putting. Decided to get a selection of items burgers, pizza and curry with a couple of sides. Delivery was roughly 1 hour 15 mins. Mixed starter was not appetising in the slightest, I actually spat parts of mine out is tasted that bad. Chicken burger is like cardboard, no flavour and very thin. Wasn't eaten after a bite. Kebab burger needs redefining as a burger implies a meat patty but it was just kebab meat. Hello here I visited Adams Balti in harrogate. I ordered the special mix nan and the employees were excellent and very attentive to me and my colleagues. the nanbrot was perfected with fresh salad, which was obviously prepared this evening. I was surprised how good the seah kebab tasted .excellent, the hawn and thunder meat was not kept in steam cans, as it was in most kebab houses we visited in past. it was fresh, no fat and all the ingredients within the kebab compliments made good 5/5 lads

This is the worst meal I have ever experienced. The chicken was undercooked and there was grease all over the food. A partially eaten beef burger was included in the mixed grill. The naan breads were drenched in grease and appeared to be fried. Despite advertising free delivery, the driver demanded £4.50 in cash, even though our meal totaled £75. We had to meet the driver halfway to retrieve our food. I regret not reading the Google reviews beforehand, as this restaurant is clearly dishonest.
Ordered food for the first last time from here. Fried chicken was awful. It was overly greasy smelled weird. We think the oil it was cooked in is long overdue for replacing. I ordered a vegetarian curry which seemed to have egg in it? The veg was obviously from a frozen mixed veg bag too. The rice curry were drenched in grease too. Chip Portion size was tiny too. The dogs seemed to enjoy it though.
Worst takeaway I’ve had in Harrogate for a long time! Everything was soggy cold from the chips to the burgers kebab meat. Missing items from the meat box. Size of the garlic tubs for 80p are a joke maybe covers 2 slices of pizza won’t be using again. We usually use next door but we had a voucher for money off so regretfully went with adams. Never again!
The kids ate the cold, soggy pizza. I've never had fried chicken like it. It smelt utterly disgusting. Undercooked batter that was soggy and too thick, gritty and far too greasy. The chicken was dry and greyish. the chips were soggy. Everything but the pizza went in the bin.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The seafood, chicken tikka, and doner kebab I tried were made with fresh ingredients and were incredibly delicious. The staff is also very friendly and attentive to customers. Adams Balti is definitely worth a visit.
Food ordered for 7pm. It’s now 8pm and no food. We’ll eat elsewhere then! Used Adams for 8 years. Won’t be using again.
