Excellent American patisserie with lab on site. Carott cake is one of the best in Paris. Extra soft and not too sweet. The cheese cakes and cookies are very good too. Possibility of ordering cakes. Very recommended. If you can't move into the 12th the pastry also provides to a few restaurants
