Afternoon Tea At The Noel Arms

Attractively presented tea on a cakestand with 3 types of sandwiches, a scone each with cream and jam and a cake assortment. One of our party wanted Earl Grey tea which was supplied. Service was good except we weren't brought milk and had to ask. It came initially in a glass which was very hard to pour from but gave us entertainment! Then a jug was brought. We had top ups of our tea. The room was pleasant and staff were helpful and polite. Would go there again.

This was a birthday present, so I was looking forward to our afternoon scones, cream jam were excellent there were 3 more different cakes small chocolate fudge to finish. No good if you are on a diet. I would suggest ditching the diet for a day enjoy an excellent afternoon tea!

Although the waitress was friendly and customer oriented there was no tablecloth, the table wasn’t laid, and three of us shared one teeny pot of jam, plus the crockery was thick (China crocks say ‘afternoon tea’. Overpriced for the experience! Very disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Caterers for any dietary needs if ask in advance when booking. Lovely setting.

Very friendly and great food. We liked the veggie options and crumble for dessert
