This restaurant is one of the few Indian restaurants here in France and for us ex pats craving a curry it is a Godsend. The exterior of the restaurant lets it down, but don't be put off. Inside you will find a very warm welcome,...and an adequately furnished, comfortable restaurant. The service can be a bit hit or miss depending on how busy they are, but the food is delicious, if a bit under spiced. I normally eat vindaloo and asked for my curry to be made hot, but it came out at madras spiced at best. This is due in part to the French not liking their curries hot like us Brits. This restaurant was only a few miles from my stop over for the night hotel so I decided to give it a go. I have never had much success finding decent Indian restaurants in France but this one was a little different. Okay, it is...a little tired and shabby looking, but the staff a warm and friendly and the food almost hit the spot, which for an Indian restaurant in France is probably as good as it gets. By the time this review gets published, I will be in Birmingham in the UK eating the real deal, a city where the Indian food is as good as it is in India.
we arrived to place an order for some takeaway food. we were greeted politely and our order placed and were asked to return in half an hour to collect the order. we have collected the order without problems. the whole food was excellent in taste....I had the lamb madras and my partner ordered huhn jalfrezi, which did not on the menu, but the cook made it. the portions are not as large as in the united kingdom, but everything was extremely tasty. we would have wanted more heat and asked the courts to rise. that will be a regular one.

We miss curries (we're from the UK). This place is not bad, although their popadums are grilled and you don't even get one each!! Food not bad if you really fancy a curry. Be warned.... the nan bread generally comes before the main meal, so...they're cold by the time you want to eat them!!! Staff like a laugh and sometimes treat guests to a drink on the house.... if you're nice to them, they tend to reciprocate :
again, another great evening in agra. a long awaited meal with good friends. the place was to be marveled with people all night. we were one of the first to go in and almost the last. great, unmarried service as usual. not the usual taste of the British Indian cuisine, but a welcome change.
Visited with friends as a treat. Loved curries when living in UK, so was looking forward to this. Good choice of starters and mains and we all chose something different. Tandoori chicken starter was gorgeous, cooked in the tandoor it was moist and tasty, I...would highly recommend.
We have been looking for a good curry house since moving to France and so far this is the best, good food, a good amount and good value. the staff are very helpful and the place looks like its been done up as it looks...very good.

For anyone looking for authentic Indian food in France this is the place.Very helpful staff, good menu Indian food that actually tastes like it should all complimented by a very nice chilled Indian beer.
