I'm giving them three stars because the food is good however they are really dropping the ball on everything else. They need to understand the concept of timing the food so that people can finish their salads and appetizers and clear the table before the food comes out. my food got cold before I could get to it following salad/appetizer, and there was no more room on the table to put it all. They should be full on Saturday night but they were not because although the food is good, they would do better to invest extra on the dining experience, at least linen napkins. Food: I ordered the fettuccine with alfredo sauce and chicken, a side of two meatballs in marinara sauce, and garlic bread. The alfredo sauce has different kick to it. Not as thick as other Alfredo sauces but it drenches the noodles and is great for dipping bread into. The meatballs came in a pair and were covered in marinara sauce and were so tender!!! This is the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. Everything is fresh and made to order, and the flavors are incredible—all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend trying the fried calamari and the Sicilian steak. Don't miss out on the homemade desserts, especially the tiramisu or cannoli. In the photo, you can see the shrimp scampi entrée served with a side of spaghetti with garlic and oil, the pasta riviera dinner special, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, bruschetta appetizer, baked penne, and, of course, the delicious tiramisu.
I visited the restaurant for dinner on a busy Friday night, and had to wait for a table. Our server was fantastic—very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We ordered the calamari linguine and chicken marsala, both of which were delicious with generous portions. The side salad was decent, but it could have used more vegetable toppings. I had driven by this restaurant many times and finally decided to give it a try. It was delicious, flavorful, and saucy, with generous portion sizes! Olive Garden is now in my past. I can't wait to explore more items on the menu! I ordered the angel hair pasta with meatballs, and I will definitely be returning! You have to check out this place—it's absolutely worth it!
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The arrabiata sauce is fantastic. This was my second visit, and both times I've really enjoyed myself. The lemon mascarpone dessert was just right—light and fluffy without being dry. It was 100% cake but not overly sweet. Plus, the service from the trainee server was excellent!
Such a wonderful experience!! The restaurant is on the small side, which helps it be quieter and intimate. Plus the atmosphere is good, whether for dining out with a friend or date night. Excellent food, the Marco Polo Chicken and Linguine With Clams especially, plus good Chianti. Attentive and courteous staff too.Food: 5/5
This is the best hole in the wall Italian food in the la Habra, Fullerton, la Miranda area. This family has been doing Italian food for a while. Everything here is absolutely delicious, the staff is super friendly. Agrusa's is an amazing Italian restaurant, delicious food, big portions, friendly staff! Definitely will be back, when I'm in the area! I'm so glad the Campos's invited me out to dinner! This family knows all the good spots to eat in north Orange County!
