Visited here prior to going to the playhouse. The staff were lovely and friendly and attentive without being overbearing. When the food arrived my plate was quite dirty from curry not being washed properly from previous use. Although this was very visible I had to point it out to the waiter and request a clean plate. The curry was tasty, and was recommended by the staff member taking our order. However the luke warm frozen chips spoilt it. Im used to getting home made chunky chips from Indian restaurant.
Sick and tired of writing good reviews for Fizz and team. Been coming here for years : now they have upped their game and food is even better than usual. One of my tapas favourites on the main menu. They used to say do you really want broad beans with lamb but after they tried it they agreed. Brought a friend born in Hyderabad who could not stop saying how good the food was. Service was exemplary as usual. Spotless as usual. Great taste as usual. Sorry for banging on but you will enjoy.
We came here as this has become our favourite Indian in whitley , great service in a small friendly restaurant , we ordered straight away and the food didn't take long to arrive , starters of mixed kebabs , poppadoms and pickles and then mains of King prawn balti and a lamb botti , rice and naans completed the meal , we left very stuffed and very happy , at about £60 for 2 people it's very reasonable , we came on a quiet night so we didn't pre book but I would always advise to do so
I went to this restaurant last Saturday and had a fantastic meal served by incredibly friendly staff. We started with the sharing platter for two, which was enough for the four of us, and the Lamb Jalfrezi was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant has to be one of Whitley Bay’s finest. We were there last night and the food was superb, tasted divine,we couldn’t finish it all.Service and staff were impeccable, so efficient, polite and friendly. Will be back hopefully on a more regular basis.
Booked 6 weeks prior to our visit. Confirmed via Facebook messenger. Restaurant had no record of our reservation. Refused to find us a table. Did not apologise. Kicked us out onto the street. Very unprofessional, poor service. Do not recommend.
I ordered a takeaway of Chicken Tikka Masalla and Lentil Dansak. This is probably the best Indian meal I have ever had. The flavors were incredible and I highly recommend it. It is definitely worth a visit.
Was tempted here to try the tapas menu (even with a distinct lack of online presence) as the price looked great however the food was average at best and the service had no smile.

Fantastic place great staff and great food will definitely be back at some point. Back in Whitley Bay middle of August so will probably be back for some more great food.
I always have a fantastic meal and receive a warm welcome from the staff at this restaurant. In my opinion, the food is the most delicious in the area.
