Une image qui devient hélas rare et annonciatrice d'une CUISINE FAITE MAISON comme il se devrait être dans tous les restaurants de France ?; Aujourd'hui c'est "TETE de VEAU"; je me dis qu'il est sage de réserver ma table dés maintenant car ce Plat bien particulier attire toujours les gourmets les plus avertis.
