very well presented food, excellent national fusion food with Latin America. We went three and took four dishes that we shared, plus two desserts and a bottle of wine. The quantities are not very abundant, for dinner and if you are not too much to eat, you go well. if you have more food, it is scarce. delicious, very well presented and very good food. maybe something expensive. we pay 45€ each, 135€ in total. you have to bear in mind that they are small rations. the service very good.
An amazing fusion of Mexico City and Spanish cuisine. The beef tars on a crispy Chicharrones style chip, the Tempura-Cauliflower taco, the incredibly luxurious Ossobuco, a stunning version of redfish ceviche – it was all we hoped it would be. The location close to La Redonda, the experienced waiter and a congenial visit with the cooking owner made it one of the best visits we had in a Michelin-star restaurant.
I loved the fusion between the Mexican and Spanish cuisine. My dining partner and I chose the night short menu. Our favorite dishes were the artichokes, steak tartare, and the leek confit, The wines that I chose in consultation with our server complemented the dishes. They were 2 oz pours but for 4 Euros, the allowed me to try lots of wine at an affordable price. Definitely deserved a Michelin one star.
the food was special, also the way it served. a restaurant to visit without a doubt, a pity that is about 400 kilometers away. it is noted that people work with love, both in the kitchen and in the service, not all dare to prove it in its entirety. really the only point of improvement. We asked for menu dishes, because we weren't so hungry. we loved the cauliflower tacos and the duck enchiladas and the deer was very good, the lemon dessert with guava ice cream, powerful, exquisite, delicate. we will come back. the friendly and professional staff.
Restaurante tranquilo y muy acogedor. Hemos sido muy agustos, el camarero nos ha explicado cada plato de maravilla, mis hijos (13 y 15) han sido encantados. ¡Volveremos!
