Excellent address!! If you are looking for a typical Aveyronnais restaurant at the corner of a beautiful chimney, where you eat well! Al cantou is the perfect place! Sylvie la patronne has a warm and friendly welcome. Small care and, above all, customer service. The service and the waitresses were impeccable and all the staff is very friendly! When the quality of the dishes is nothing to say. Well served plates. It was really delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for its quality of services. Restaurant a little hidden in the village of Balsac. We only use a menu at 15,50€ at noon. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal. The mayo that accompanied the entrance was made home. Very rare in many restaurants! Good meat with vegetables and a gratin of pasta (a little dry.) Then small cheese plate and then a clafoutis with cherries. With wine and coffee. The mood was a little cold. Normally, I was the only client. But largely compensated by the goodness of the staff. This restaurant deserves a bigger clientele. For me it was the first time, but it won't be the last.
