Order food online for pickup. I arrive 10 minutes after estimated pickup. Woman at the counter kindly tells me that my food is finishing up now. After an additional 15 minutes waiting, I am then told by their manager that the $13 prepped mujadara mix in my order is out for the evening. They could’ve simply called me or let me know immediately after arrival, but instead make me wait and offer I substitute plain rice instead of the prepped mix at no change in cost for the time/inconvenience. I’m pretty certain it would cost less than $13 to get just plain rice… Very poor communication. Do not use their websites online ordering service
The food is great and consistent with other Aladdin locations (such as Grandview). My only complaint is about the bathrooms that require a key. It’s not a good practice for customers who wish to have clean hands prior to eating. Unfortunately, the soap dispenser was empty on top of that. Parking: Parking in the free lot can be difficult due to a number of restaurants using it. When it’s busy, it becomes congested and packed.
Food is good, but in compare to lebanese and mediterranean food strangely they served all dishes with rice which is not the usual for lebanese food and may be this will contribute to the average prices.One really surprising dish was the sfiha as it came as minced meet inside arabic bread that was folded weirdly, completely different from the one served in our country Lebanon ?? and will not recommend this dish at all.
My mother and I come here for lunch often. We almost always have the fresh brewed mint tea, and the grilled tuna salad. Everything is fresh and delicious. Everyone is darling, and I have nothing negative to report. I love this place a Clintonville treasure!

I have always had a fantastic experience at Aladdin’s in Clintonville. The food is consistently delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful and the price is great. From the Pitza’s to the main plates, I’ve never had a bad meal here.
It may be because of shift change, but it took awhile to get a tea refill, and I had to get the attention of another waitstaff, for my bill.And the staff still seems a bit new, as I had to repeat, that I already knew what I wanted.
Host Nick and Server Grace were so attentive and gracious in serving our party last night! Food was yummy and consistent with what we expect from Alladin’s! Really enjoyed our evening at your restaurant- thank you!
Food was delicious. Everyone was so nice and it felt like they had a lot of repeat business which is always a good sign. We will be back next time we are in Columbus.
