I don't write any reviews about the meal I've eaten, but it would be a total injustice if you weren't written after the diner that I and my colleagues have experienced in alberts and simon last night. we had the tasting menu consisting of 8 different rehearsals, of which you can only call culinary delights! at the beginning we had a Gazpacho soup (slowed from a small glass) which must have been the best I ever tasted, followed by a mouth irrigation garn salate, but like nothing I ever tasted, after this we were shaking scallops with parmesan and served a sose to die! a couple of minutes after we have polished the scallops, we were brought another plate that was made out of a perfectly poched...
probably the best place we've ever eaten, especially in consideration of the price. would be surprised if michelin is not noticed at some point and hope that it does not spoil it. large eating with a lot of attention and creativity that gives both the balance of taste and presentation. excellent wine selection and all served by friendly staff in a relaxed and elegant environment. they were very attentive and always willing to double a glass or respond to any questions without making us feel that we were bugged or our space / privacy invaded.

my only wounded salmon in an orange sauce (gluten-free) was raised. the best fish dish I can ever forget to eat. the service was impeccable and they were excessive with my gluten allergy. I have to go. very soon.
We were for the first time in San valentine, 10 meals and the unbeatable treatment of the staff, always pending everything. Of course we will repeat many times more.
fantastic eating in an elegant but warm environment. very good wine list. we had the miniatures giving them the opportunity to taste several smaller dishes!
