I would rate this Albertos a 1 star because the food quality is inconsistent and heavily depends on who is cooking. To make matters worse, the customer service was incredibly frustrating. I ordered $30 worth of food, and the staff member insisted on arguing with me about providing only one red sauce and one green sauce for such a large order. While the sauces are tasty, the staff here seems to treat them like they’re made of gold. When I requested four of each sauce, they charged me an extra $5! Additionally, they added carrots to my carne asada burrito, which was unexpected and unappetizing. The food here is incredible! We ordered the carne asada fries, and they were delicious. It took us less than 10 minutes to place our order and get through the drive-thru, and our food was fresh! I initially thought that because we received it so quickly, the fries might have been sitting around, but that was not the case at all. Everything was fantastic, and the restaurant is open late, which is a great bonus. The service was as impressive as the food.
Alberto's is fantastic! I really appreciate the variety of options they offer, and their prices are great too. The drive-thru convenience is perfect for someone like me who is always on the train for work. I highly recommend this place, especially the location on Zypress, which I believe is on Carson Street. The drive-thru staff are really nice as well!
Drive-Thru service was super slow! They charge a percentage fee to take credit card (non- cash) payments.Salsa is watered down a lot.Size of burrito is small for the price paid. The cashier had a bit of trouble understanding our order, and were sure to repeat things as we ordered in order to make sure they got everything correctly. Food was delicious as always.
I'm a simple man who loves a bean cheese burrito orchata. If I'm really hungry, I'll add some rolled tacos w/ quac! Their Al Pastor quesadilla is delicious, although super greasy.
Ordered the burrito with enchiladas, no flavor, sauce is TOO saulty. Tasted like every single item was from a can. Not coming back here again.
