Not sure what's going on here! And neither do they, obviously! Went through drive thru and ordered super nachos and taquitis. Arrived home to a container of super fries, with undercooked fries to top it off! If I wasn't looking forward to the crunch of the tortilla chips in the super nachos, it might not have been bad! Not to mention, paid almost $30. for something I didn't order and some straight out of the box taquitos!
The drive-thru was quick and easy to navigate, and the staff at the window were very helpful, even offering salsa and additional tips for my next visit. The food arrived home still hot, and you can really tell they know what they're doing in the kitchen.
I've gone here twice and each time I've ordered asada fried for some reason my fries are undercooked! I've worked fast food and you can clearly tell when fried are still raw. Very disappointing. Will take my business

I found a long black hair inside my order of carne asada fries. Absolutely disgusting. I will never eat hear again or recommend to anyone I know. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered three hard shell chicken tacos but only received one soft shell when I got home. The service there is terrible, and I'm done.
