Went to this lovely little pub today for Sunday lunch with my husband. He had the scampi and chips which he said was lovely. I went for the mixed meat Sunday lunch. It was gorgeous. The food was freshly cooked, hot and full of flavour. The gravy is amazing. They even bring you extra, its that good. I had their apple pie and custard to finish, it too was hot and super tasty. The staff were all lovely and friendly. Food was delivered hot on hot plates and we didnt have to wait too long to tuck into their lovely food. If you are looking for some good home cooking, go try their Sunday lunch, you wont be disappointed. Looking forward to going back and trying some of their other dishes on the menu...
I went to this restaurant with my friends for a Sunday roast, and it is an amazing place to go with delicious food. The owners are the nicest people I have ever met, they make you feel welcome as soon as you step foot in the place. The service is perfect and very friendly. This is definitely my favorite place to eat because the food is all freshly cooked and you get plenty of it. It's also great that they offer gluten-free options. I give this place a 100% rating, well done and keep it up guys!
Went out with work friends for our Christmas party, food was excellent and service was quick. I had homemade lasagne which came with a side of salad and a side of homemade chips too, couldn't fault it. Had a lovely evening and we were able to stay in the dining room after we had eaten due to being a fairly large party so we had plenty of space to mingle and chat with each other, will definitely be visiting again!
After seeing a few positive comments on Facebook, we decided to try out this restaurant. We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable and unpretentious, the restaurant was very clean, the prices were reasonable, the food was excellent, and overall it had a nice vibe. In short, a fantastic find that I wish I had discovered sooner!

The best Sunday lunch in Telford!! Most pubs may aswell advertise that their lunch is sponsored by Aunty Bessy but, not here. Everything is fresh cooked perfectly..plenty of it too!! The costs are very reasonable for the quality of food the service.. Not just on a Sunday but, for the weekly menu. The Stella is a good pint too...
The food at this restaurant was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The small portion size was perfect for elderly individuals. There was plenty of meat and delicious vegetables, and the Yorkshire pudding was huge and amazing.
We had an excellent meal, good value and enjoyable. Service was also excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. Will certainly visit again during next trip locally.

Really comfortable surroundings with truly amazing food. The staff were very attentive and the service was 1st class.
