You must try the 'black out ' meal.. ! It was truely amazing.. to eat in total darkness really changes your concept of food, especially when you don 't know what to expect. The chef used very fresh seasonal food, and harmonised them beautifully. It was nice that he came out after the meal to discuss what we had eaten. His wife was also charming, the service was attentive, professional, but not over-powering. It 's a small intimate restaurant, and best to book ahead. Our teenage daughters treated us to this meal for a Christmas present, which we didn 't get to use until July, but it was worth the wait.

I will not reveal the secrets of alchemy, but we have taken a menu of foie gras with associated wines. A pleasure. I had never seen such a dish of veal and pear with candy of foie gras makes it better. I don’t even speak of the peaks of the mouth with the appetizer. an inventive couple for a creative cuisine served by the very friendly house mistress. everything in an intimate but very hot place. After having tasted the foie gras menu, we will return for the mandatory fish menu.
Very warm welcome, very refined meal, well presented dishes, at the right temperature, varied, delicate blend of flavors, calming atmosphere, we stayed for 2.5 hours without realizing it, we were so comfortable. We recommend it to all those who want good, refined dishes, in a pleasant atmosphere.
Beautiful and delicious restaurant in the quaint town of Pézenas. We visited in September so were able to sit in their beautiful outdoor space. Every course was amazing. There’s is one person front of the house and 1 chef. They’re killing it! Will definitely go again on my next visit!

This was my second time here. After the first time, I had to come back. The chef is making superb very creative food. The nice lady who is the hostess and waitress is wonderful. It’s only the 2 of them. But they’ve got the system down. I’d go back again again!
We went there on 23.02.24. We tested the meal in Black Out . Great original experience and sought-after cuisine. Nice setting. We enjoyed and recommend the experience of dining in the dark.
We tested the kitchen in complete darkness. It was very entertaining and only amplified the taste effects. We have adored. It was an excellent discovery.
