my man and I live about 45 minutes away and only learned from our local paper! they said they were vegan and allergic friendly! we have no vegan or plant-based options around us, so eating is not really an option. we had to try this place. we were all impressed! janene was our server and she was great! very knowledgeable and helpful! my man tried the vegan noted that is pasta with tofu, brussel sprouts and veggies. I have the veggie burger minus the provolone and mayo. but the option for vegan cheese is available! yay! we loved every bit! the dessert was so delicious! can not wait to spread the word. we will definitely come back! we have eaten in the alcona brew house numerous paints last year, and we drive half an hour from home to do this, as we have practically no good plant-based options close. the owner, sandy, comes to our table every time and wants to know our thoughts about new vegan meals she takes into consideration. besides the good veggie burger on the menu, she recommends to wonder if the pasta experiment is available. we ordered it last week, and it was delicious, filled with smoked tofu, sweet and pasta. It also has a vegan dessert, chocolate bliss added. excellent! it also fits well with its total eclipse stout.
It's usually difficult to eat vegan in the area. However, this restaurant provides great vegan options to choose from. Some of my favorites include: the veggie burger, sweet potato fries, and pretzel. Also, they can add daiya cheese to any meal, so don’t forget to get some on the burger! They even have brownie bites. If you're passing by, definitely stop in!
had the queen mac and cheese with brisket it was very good. for an appetizer we had dived the white fish a great starter. many great beer and carly was great server. beautiful end to a great day. the marina offers a free shuttle service if you stay at the marina, very convenient.
