First, if you do not speak Spanish/Basque, bring your Mobile Phone so that YOU will have a favorable experience. Our server, “Itcy” explained the dishes in SPANGLISH, but since I had my mobile phone, we were able to translate with Itcy, the mobile phone translate and my poor Spanish. We ordered from the “Menu Fin de Semana” For Starters or “Primero”:White asparagus, cooked perfectly, and Crab Puff Pastry; the Main or “Secondi” Sirloin, cooked rare and Monkfish, both with cubed potatoes, then dessert or “ Postre” Apple with custard and Almond Pastry filled with cream.
