After hearing so many wonderful things about this restaurant, I decided to give it a try and it definitely exceeded my expectations. My girlfriend and I are in a long-distance relationship, so we chose Alec's for our Christmas dinner. The food was beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful. The 3-course meal was perfect in every way. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially our waitress, Issy, who went above and beyond throughout the entire evening. From beginning to end, the whole experience was exceptional and definitely worth the visit. I will definitely be returning in the future. 5 stars.
Well what can I say, from entering the restaurant to leaving we could not have had a better experience. Restaurant was well laid out with plenty of room. Food was fabulous and well presented. All waiters and waitresses were a credit to the restaurant, great service, with a smile and a joke or two along the way. A lovely experience to celebrate my 60th birthday. Have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, was not disappointed and will definitely return.
We made a reservation for Friday 3rd November 2023 for my Brother in law’s birthday and we made the reservation back in July, we were lucky enough on the night of our reservation to benefit from a fantastic firework display and also a live singer who was superb. The food, atmosphere and service as always was outstanding, I would like to say a personal thank you to Ajay and the Team for such a Fantastic evening.
Had such a lovely night at Alec’s. We were greeted by a really friendly host at the door and were made to feel welcome straight away. Food was excellent, special mentions to the sticky beef and prawns and monkfish in béarnaise sauce. Desserts were delicious and beautifully presented. Lovely decor and atmosphere. This restaurant is located in a picturesque setting and offers incredible service from friendly and attentive staff. The food was delicious and thoughtfully presented. We couldn't find any faults with our experience - the atmosphere was buzzing and all the diners looked happy. This is definitely one of our favorite restaurants and we will definitely be returning!
Another splendid night at Alec's! Amazing food and wine, fantastic singer and a marvellous firework display for the diners. This restaurant always excels but this great firework evening counts as one of the best! Sincere thanks to Ajay, Alex and the team for a superb evening on every level.
We went out for dinner with a group of 8 to celebrate my son's 50th birthday. The food quality was fantastic and the service was exceptional. Our waiter, Mihai, was incredibly professional and helped make the evening truly special.
