At the recommendation of a neighbor, We recently starting having lunch at Alessio's and were delightfully surprised. We had driven past this spot many times over the past year and hardly noticed it until they made some changes to make the street view appearance more inviting. This family-run establishment is a delight. Warm and friendly owners and one of their sons greet us every time we arrive. They work hard to ensure our comfort. We used to love Cafe Alessio as our favorite Italian restaurant, but then it suddenly disappeared. In its place came Alessio's Seafood Grille, which initially didn't seem to live up to our past favorite. However, to our surprise, the new restaurant turned out to be even better! My partner and I ordered our usual favorites and found that the grille exceeded our expectations, preparing our dishes even better than Cafe Alessio ever did. We are thrilled to have found a great new Italian restaurant, or rather a seafood restaurant with Italian flair. We are excited for future visits to Alessio's Grille! Yippee!
I recently dined at Alessio Seafood Grille in Warrington, PA and was blown away by their authentic Italian cuisine. Their seafood is incredibly fresh, rivaling even the best you can find on the Jersey Shore. Not only that, but their pizza is hands down the best in the city. Made with top-quality ingredients, their pizzas are crispy, light, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the Margherita and Jackie's pizzas - they were out of this world. I am not sure what is wrong with those who leave the other negative reviews when they are not allowed to know the difference between homemade and commercial restaurants! the environment was secret as if you were going to eat in the oma. the service was great and our waitress Shayna(Jessica) was great! my man had anxiety because he saw a sign that pizza slices said, but I told him that this was for the exit, the restaurant is in. it's small, but rocky! the food was fresh and delicious! we can't wait to come back! Comfortable family restaurant with long-time employees. The service is always great. The patio is awesome. The food offerings and specials are wonderful, but I wish they didn't use so much oil. The dishes are swimming in it. The same food would be fresh and much more delish with a lighter hand to the oil. We will continue to go here but choose the entrees more carefully. Service: Dine in
I eat pasta at two places: my nonna’s house and Alessio’s. Whether it is take out or dine in, this is the best italian restaurant in the area, and it isn’t close. We even had them do catering for Christmas eve and it was amazing. I could not recommend them more. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This restaurant offers a wide variety of seafood and traditional Italian dishes. Everything we sampled was delicious and the service made us feel like part of the family.
