The welcoming and smiling staff do not rush the customer and provide explanations and advice without losing a friendly and engaging face. The three-course meal is very well made and is able to meet the most demanding needs. A particular focus for the pastry chef who was able to create a most original mint-chocolate dessert enhanced with a taste surprise. The kitchen is open to the room, we like it or not.
