There is more than one Ali Babba's Kebab shop in Cairns, but there all run by a family. Sheridan Street is the one I use, Kebab's are great, fast service and a good banter with the people that serve you.The cooking area always looks clean, the salad always fresh. I have used the one on Mulgrave Road, the kebab is the same almost, but no chit chat.
The best mixed kebab I've had since being in the Gold Coast. They are really big...a good helping. We often go there for dinner. Ingredients are fresh and the service is fast and friendly.
Lots of choice of food here. We had the Medium Kebab to take away to watch the State of Origin. The Kebab was HUGE - feed me and the bird life in the morning.

This wasn't our first choice but we were all hungry Ordered chicken (2), doner and mixed kebabs, plus an order of fish and chips.
