Don't judge a book by its cover!<br/ <br/ I was a little reluctant to come into Alice Bakery because it is not one of those plushy looking and fancy bakery I like to frequent. The place was empty when I looked through the windows, but my friend just dragged me in. I do have to thanks him for that.<br/ <br/ All I have to say their pastries is amazing! And so good in value!<br/ <br/ They all looked so good in the display so it took us a little while to decide what to get.<br/ <br/ Raspberry Napoleon $3.50) tasted delish and huge! This is the best bakery I know... They use the freshest and high quality ingredients. Everything is always fresh and sooo tasty. Even the kind of pastries I didn't like before became my favorites once I try them from this place. Every time we have someone over people complimenting on how tasty desserts are. Just please don't change your recipes!!!!
Place to go if you need cake for all occasions, for birthday's all sizes parties or just to treat yourself, my favorite one is sour cream cake, and cherry pie, from the pastries cheese buns, always fresh and incredibly tasty, coffee is good too, friendly and inviting atmosphere, would definitely recommend.
There are better bakeries in the area, this bakery is really overrated. The food here is overprice, the service is awful and the products are mid. There is nothing special in them, especially considering the crazy prices. I recommend trying Grandmas Oven, around 1 km south on the left side of Yonge Street.
Great place for any pastries. Delicious cakes, tarts made from natural ingredients. I've been several times and will come back again and again. For any family occasions we go to this place and always find something new and yummy.
I bought 2 small pieces of tiramisu about 5.99 each for my son birthday who loves real tiramisu.but it wasn’t tiramisu. It was coffee taste moos on top and chocolate cake on bottom. Tiramisu is different story. I dont shop again
What a gem of a store this is! Amazing desserts I have tried and loved their chocolate triangular pastry, pistachio cake, danish, pecan and caramel cheesecake. And the staff is lovely!
One of the best bakeries that my family loves! We have been coming for a few years and it’s still consistent. All the cheesecake are amazing and a must try!
