I just had a dinner at the Alien, and it was very disappointing. I ate there with my partner and friends, there were only failures. My partner, who doesn't eat spicy food, had a sweeter/caramelized original beef satay. It was very very spicy, we didn't feel any flavor. (it was not indicated that it was spicy, nor that there were chili peppers) For my part, with my dish I took soy Udon. My friends and I had simple wheat ramen like you get in Lidl for 90 cents. I am posting this review to express my dissatisfaction after a visit to your restaurant. Firstly, the waiting time before taking our order is relatively long, the waiter was not willing to take our order. The drinks menu is struggling to be up to date. When ordering dishes, we ask for a change of side dish exceptionally we can do it but nothing arrived as expected. Strongly spicy dishes that break all the taste and what 's more, don 't really look like your photos posted on your social networks, the accompaniments are just as spicy. I don 't often leave a comment but this time I have to leave one. I was very disappointed by the alien, the atmosphere and decor are nice but there are only ones that are. The staff looks down on us and treats their customers as liars, a mistake can happen quickly, of course, but the least they can do is apologize for the inconvenience caused (I don 't even dare hope for the possibility of offering a small something, it seems that the word offer does not exist in the restaurant 's vocabulary).
