Aligor - Tisch resevieren

I ordered takeaway from Aligor and, after enjoying our starters, we discovered that two rice portions—a crucial part of the curry—were missing when we served the main dish. I called the restaurant to explain the situation and suggested they send a couple of Cobra beers instead, as the rice would arrive too late for everyone to enjoy. Unfortunately, they were not very understanding and only agreed to send the rice without offering any compensation. As a result, we had to share the one portion we received among three people. By the time the rice actually arrived, it was too late. On a positive note, the curry was very delicious, but due to the poor customer service, I wouldn’t order from them...

I placed a delivery order directly from Aligor, which arrived promptly, but it was missing two servings of pilau rice. When I called to inform them, the person on the line was unhelpful and somewhat combative, showing little empathy. Although they did send the missing items, they arrived half an hour later, after we had already finished our meal. The food was decent, but the attitude of the staff member indicates I won’t be ordering from here again.
