arrival in Saint-Pierre at noon after a walk on the volcano at the first hours of the morning, we stop at the alizé beach. welcome with smile as every time on this wonderful island. more room on the terrace but no matter what, the room is very beautiful and fresh. ideal for enjoying a well-deserved rum or beer. the boss, Jean-Michel, explains with passion the history of his hotel - restaurant. for the meal, here is the advice: a creole plate in the entrance to picorate all together, and the tuna tartar (voluntary capitals) in flat. but what a delight!!!
