A lovely location over looking The Thames close to Tower Bridge…. A good seat indoor requested) by the window too. However, very obvious short of staff and apart from being seated left unattended for over half hour! we fetched our own menus and had to track down a member of staff who after placing a soft drink order disappeared again! left us another 20 minutes before drinks arrived. Then was told they were short staffed and that the meal would take half hour before it arrived! As it was it took more like 20 minutes. I had a veggie burger swapped for Italian bread not bun. Chips and side of slaw. The other dish was chicken and avacado bacon salad thank goodness these were straight forward…....
After a hot day, around London sites, we (2 adults, 3 teenage girls) collapsed on the chairs outside All Bar One. Our gorgeous server, Douglas, fed us, watered us and even plugged in my phone for a moment so I could redeem my All Bar One voucher from my dead phone! Their service was second to non and our 13 going on 30 year old girls even commented on how good Douglas was and how they made us feel nurtured. Douglas was joined by another server who's name I didn't catch but they were also fabulously patient with our desserts ordering. Great Cocktails for the mummies too 5* all round
My husband and I stopped for a drink on our walk towards Tower Bridge to get to London Bridge Station and we're glad we did staff very welcoming and friendly. We had to sit outside because we had our dog with us but that was nice to watch comings and goings and our dog was brought water.
Horrible service!!! Never waste your time here. Wife and I sat for 10 minutes for dinner just for the waiter who ignored us for 10 minutes that kitchen is closed. No greeting no nothing just no dinner. Ridiculous.

This was the first place we ate on our trip to London. The ambience was cool and the drinks were really unique. Food choices were great too. Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Syrah was attentive too.
Bit noisy but everything else was fine. Pleasant server, good food and cocktails and reasonable prices especially as we were able to enjoy Tapas Tuesday, so a real bargain.
Good views, tourist prices, and not particularly clean. Discovered that the tables were sticky when lifting elbows up and my suit stuck a bit. The cocktails...

Brilliant location, welcoming staff and food was very good and well presented. Would defo visit again next time in London
