Everything was well presented, unfortunately the manager was dry and not very diplomatic. To our son 's requests (he asked for an iced peach tea) the response was we are not in Ascona ... I found it out of place as the prices charged were in Ascona. Coffee at 4.20 francs without counting tap water (3 dl) at 2.50. The carbonated one at 4.20 (3 dl) in a glass (no bottle). Decent lunch. The children were not given ice cream (included in the price or even syrup). The bread cake was excellent... however we didn 't feel at ease.
Safety: It's safe. You can leave your valuables out and nobody will take them. Kids can also roam, but need to be aware of the dangers of the terrain Walkability: You can take the cable car up. It is extremely annoying when you have this beautiful pub as the destination of your hike and it is simply closed during normal opening times without a notice anywhere on the GmB, homepage or simply by a sign, and the train also ran normally. There was no fog, rain, hail or thunderstorm. Very disappointing Service: 1 Location: 5
We were “only” there to eat, so we can’t rate the rooms. Both the service and the quality of the food were exceptional. The homemade gnocchi is a dream and you sit really well too. Dennoch hatte der Standort des Restaurants seine Vorteile, da er leicht zu erreichen war und in einer angenehmen Umgebung lag. Insgesamt eine durchschnittliche Erfahrung.

Beautiful grotto with very fine risotto with porcini mushrooms and tender pork cheeks. Highly recommended, there were 10 of us, everyone was thrilled. Swiss German no problem there. We'll be back. Service: 5 Location: 5
