Allendorf Am Rhein

Nice Nordic-inspired restaurant right on the Rhine. We were there with a larger group, everything went well with the reservation and we had a nice table with enough space. Unfortunately, there were compromises when it came to food: the surf n turf dishes arrived even though they were ordered medium rare, the tuna was rare even though they were ordered medium and one dish didn't come at all even after repeated requests. The servive was nice, just a little uncoordinated. That wouldn't have bothered me either. However, 5 star reviews were exchanged for a free nightcap at the neighboring table. That's not appropriate.

Was für ein Durcheinander! Uns wurde von der Kellnerin ein Platz zugewiesen, wir haben bestellt und dann über eine Stunde auf die Kellnerin gewartet. Als wir nachfragten, wurden wir (4 Personen) von einem extrem unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter mit einem kalten Lächeln informiert: "Sie haben keine Reservierung, dann gibt es nichts!" Leider kann ich keine null Punkte vergeben! Als regelmäßiger Gast kann ich nur hoffen, dass diese Arroganz nicht zur Normalität bei Allendorfs wird!!

Sehr schön gelegen direkt am Ufer des Rheins. Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Für viele Gäste gibt es einen alternativen Parkplatz in Winkel direkt auf der anderen Seite der Hauptstraße mit einem Untergang zu den Ufern des Rheins. Wunderschöner Außenbereich mit Unterhaltung für Kinder. Köstliche kleine, sehr schmackhafte Gerichte und passende Weine. Sehr freundliches Serviceteam. Voller Sonnenschein, aber es gibt auch Sonnenschirme. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Pretty restaurant in a beautiful location directly on the Rhine. Very modern, friendly service, delicious wine. We didn't eat, so we can't give a review. However, the other guests' food looked very good, especially fish and chips, so I would come back for that. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

A really nice location. Very cozy, the food was very good. Didn't think there would be a lot of fish. It stands out completely from the surrounding locations. Class. The wine and also the food were very good. Always happy to come back.

Sehr schönes Restaurant, man kann den Abend bei schönem Wetter wirklich gut ausklingen lassen. Nette Mitarbeiter und eine tolle Aussicht auf den Rhein. Bei gutem Wetter ist eine Reservierung sinnvoll.

Super friendly staff, the food is of very good quality, at fair prices. Also great wines. You should definitely visit this restaurant if you are in the Rheingau.

Waited half an hour, no service, no friendliness from the staff. Staff apparently at odds with each other. Simply underground. I won't come here anymore.
