The food here is amazing especially the macaroni and cheese and corn bread my number one favorite which is very hard to choose is the fish my second choice would be the rib and third choice would be the turkey wings I love all their side dishes especially the macaroni salad which is only served on the weekends overall Allie B's cozy kitchen is amazing... FYI just in case you were not aware Allie B also caters to all events as well take special orders my family and I for 2018 had an amazing Thanksgiving thanks to Allie B's cozy kitchen we brought a turkey ham and a duck boy oh boy was my family friends and loved ones impressed...
My daughter and I ordered three dinners Two were fish with three included sides I ordered fish, candied yams, potato salad, collards and corn bread I was brought pork chop, cabbage, potato salad. Nothing we ordered! My daughter called back to complain and was told they ran out. Ok so I ran out why wouldn’t you call and ask the customer if they would like to order something else? Now no one’s answering the phone. Maybe they are closed Three meals totaling $75! I thought I would support a community Biz! Totally want my money back. But that’ll probably just a dream. NEVER AGAIN!!
Been wanting to try for months and I'm glad I did. The service was good even though it's call in only. Someone brings out the food to you. Grubhub apparently has their open time listed incorrectly so I waited a bit longer than expected but that's okay. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the potato salad (not pictured). I prefer mine with larger chunks of potato. Everything else tasted great.
Allie B's is truly a culinary gem in the Capital District. While it may have a cozy size, it definitely delivers big on flavor, quality, and intention. The food is absolutely outstanding, and the owner and staff are among the most wonderful people I have ever encountered.

I'm from New York and I know a good meal when I taste one. I loved everything I tried at this restaurant. The candied yams were my favorite! The mac and cheese was delicious as well. The fish and chicken were fried perfectly—not too hard or oily. I can’t wait to go back!

I ordered the fried chicken meal, and it was fantastic. The mac and cheese was the best I've had in years, and the cornbread was incredible. The chicken itself was also really tasty.

Kizzy is a community gem. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. Excellent customer service and a champion for change in the community.
Food is sooo delicious right temperature and finger licking good enough for 2 days left overs. Mmmm
