I waited 25 minutes for the waitress to tell me there was a problem with my order and she forgot to send it. It's ok it happens, but I didn't have time to wait any longer so I told him I was going to leave. She said she was going to charge me for my coffee (which is usually free with my meal). But since I didn't have a meal (by his mistake) I had to pay for the coffee. I was shocked. The problem is not paying. The problem is that I've already waited for nothing but it's okay, it happens, I don't do a lot of it, but to want to charge for the coffee, instead of trying to make amends was insulting. Poor and disgusting service, I still gave a tip, but it wasn't what I wanted. I made a reservation for 20 people for 2 hours, barely 30 minutes of sitting, the cook came and asked us to hurry up and leave the place. However, we had already placed our order. No coffee was served during our meals, nor any request from the service.When you are not professional to host birthday parties at your home than not agree to take the order. All my guests were frustrated that the cook and the waitress were very stupid and disrespectful towards us. However, we weren't there for free.We paid like the others.Not recommended to celebrate a good birthday.
Je crois que c'est un des PIRES allo mon coco de la chaine... les proprios devraient d'ailleurs y jetter un oeil. Une brioche Good morning avec 2 sortes de fruits...demander si je peux avoir quelque fraise et me faire répondre payer une extra...c'est Non...... tes assiettes doivent ressembler à ton menu SAUF si tu as pas bien commandé tes fruits. JE NE REVIENS PLUS JAMAIS
Bad customer service, I didn't like the experience for the kids party at all. A waitress was rushing us to eat even though we had a 2 hour reservation and she was very stupid. The coffee cup remains empty, frankly bad service.After 30 min, the staff were rushing us to eat and give the table and we pay for the service, this is no way to treat your customers. Si vous aimez manger dans une ambiance de cafétéria c'est l'endroit. Les déjeuners servis tiède. Nous avons reçu l'assiette en premier et les roties 5 minutes plus tard, pourtant il n'y avait pas de rush, c'était même plutôt tranquille. Saucisses pas assez cuites et froides, les patates en carrés étaient sucrés. C'était ma 2eme et dernière fois.
Food was great but service was really terrible on Saturday. No smile from our server, she never went to see us after receiving our meal to know if everything was fine. No one filled out our coffee/water we had to wait the whole meal and ask for it. Literally just no service at all!
My favourite restaurant for breakfast or brunch, can get quite busy. Great friendly service, good food, the price is pretty well standard. Can get as little noisy.
