Ate supper there tonight the chicken fingers were still pink for both myself and my friend. Rather than not charging us for food we couldn't eat because they did not fully cook it, they charged us full price for the food and took off one hot chocolate from each of our bills (I didn't even have a hot chocolate, my daughter did). Won't be going back if that's how they deal with THEIR mistakes. It was a kids meal with extra chicken and I still paid for my pop and there weren't many fries. At minimum we should have only paid for fries and gravy since that's all we could eat. Or offering to cook us new chicken would have been a choice. A free hot chocolate does not cover what I paid for a full me...

Never again! What a filthy and unacceptable place! I was kept awake all night by loud music from passing vehicles and people knocking on doors. There was no smoke alarm in the room—how is this place still in business? They even tried to give me a room that could only be locked from the inside! I'm thoroughly disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone!

Memories..was playing a gig here when the first gulf war broke....watching the initial bombing was a sombre moment for sure ...im pretty sure we all wanted to be home right then...
They charged us $330 and only refunded $230. They really rip you off. Rent a room elsewhere; I do not recommend this place. Zero stars.
