The food is great, do not get me wrong. It is one of the best on the entire island! There are 3 restaurants in one space divided by walls. You can order any food for anywhere. However, I advise ordering food from the same menu because one kitchen line might be delayed for several minutes, and you might eat way before somebody else in your table. If you are celebrating your birthday, YOU CANNOT bring ANY celebratory trinkets in the restaurant. You have to buy their own party celebration kit. I just did not buy their kit because I did not believe the restaurant would have 50th birthday party favors. Make reservations are plus because they are quite busy at dinner time.
The food we got was great, service was terrible. Half of what we wanted to drink from the menu they did not have. We orderd food and dessert when they served the dinner to half the table they informed is they did not have what the rest orderd. We sat a long time with no food, no offer to drink waiting for dessert that it turnd out the had forgot. The food we did get was great, the service bad and in a bad mood.
Went for dinner just one dish of the most expensives , not appetizers that took 1 hour to be on the table , my girl and I were very hungry , when I asked for the check before getting the order we got the dish served. I talked to the manager about the service and he only said excuses but I had to pay the whole bill. I left uncomfortable.
The food is OK, but the service is horrible. They forgot my wife’s plate and when they brought it after 50 minutes, it was wrong. The outside tables, although near the ocean, smells bad. Then the only option is stay inside, in the air conditioner. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I strongly recommend to stay away, after arrival sitting down and waiting for more than 2 hours for our sinner to be served. We a family of five had to exit the restaurant without being served. Poor service, coronation, and experience
The staff don’t let us service and don’t treat us right because where we come from. It was racist and tribute The treatment is not right Hope you won’t come to this place
