Wir waren dort für unser erstes Abendessen auf unserer Winterreise. Es war eine vorab gebuchte Reservierung, die jedoch in einem sehr unangenehmen Erlebnis endete. Es schien, als ob nur eine Kellnerin das gesamte Restaurant führte. Es gab Unstimmigkeiten bei den Bestellungen, aber es war nicht klar, warum es so lange dauerte, bis das Problem gelöst wurde, und unser Anführer musste mehrmals nach den Bestellungen nachfragen. Wir warteten mehr als eine Stunde auf das Essen, und als das Essen serviert wurde, handelte es sich nur um einfache Nudeln mit Tomatensauce mit sehr wenigen Zutaten, und die Portionen waren kläglich klein. Es war das schlechteste Restaurant für uns auf dieser Reise in Bezu...
We were there for our first dinner for our winter trip. It was a pre-booked thing but ended up with very unpleasant experience. It seemed there's only one waitress running the whole restaurant. There's discrepancy on the orders but not sure why it took so long to resolve, and our leader need to follow up many times for the orders. We waited more than one hour for the food and when the food served, it was just a very simple noodle with tomato sauce with minimum ingredients, and the portions were miserably small. It's the worst restaurant for us for this trip in-terms of service and food standard, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומזינה ומבחר מנות ענק. הכול מסודר לפי הנושא: חדר מיצים ותהי , שולחן לחמים ודגני בוקר,פינת גבינות גורמה. כול יום סלמון ובשרים נהדרים. בערב ארוחה על בסיס חצי פנסיון ממש הייתה הפתעה נעימה. זה היה שילוב של מזנון עם הגשת מנות פתיחה, שנייה ועיקרית,כאשר אותם היה צריך לבחור בארוחת בוקר. שולחן ארוך בטוב טעם ומלצרים מנושים ונעימים. בערב מוזיקת רקע שקטה ואלגנטית ביצוע נגנים.
Wir hatten Lust auf einen Abend außerhalb unseres Hotels und interessierten uns für Fondue, aber anscheinend bieten nicht viele Restaurants dies an. Das Alpenhotel war jedoch eine Ausnahme. Unser Kellner bemühte sich sehr, um alles richtig zu machen und am Ende hatten wir sogar zu viel Steak...und Hühnchen! Ein großartiger Abschluss für unseren Urlaub. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
had a menu with wonderful sparing cream soup, gorgeous pork fillet iberico, and scampisalat. eating was prepared with a lot of cooking ideas, service was very nice and attentive, a round thing. the rooms of the hotel very nice and a sauna area where you can feel comfortable.
Lovely restaurant food good, we only saw one member of staff serving in restaurant but to be fair it was quiet. Little pricey but again we are in centre of resort. Great place to sit and have drinks at the bar.
Jeden Abend gab es ein festes Menü....der Gala-Abend war der beste. Es gab jeden Abend eine Auswahl an Vorspeise, Zwischengericht, Hauptgang und Dessert. Unsere Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

We enjoyed the amenities and location of the hotel but the staff made it. The bar staff was friendly (Jose) and we enjoyed breakfast every morning. Would recommend.
