First things first, if you're a tourist just looking for a basic swiss culinary experience then this is the right place for you! However, if you are from Switzerland or actually care about experiencing real Swiss culture, I would recommend you to visit another place. We ordered the Fondue, which we all had a lot of in our lifes, so we do have something to compare it to. A Fondue isn't just supposed to be melted cheese lacking any taste or seasoning. Sadly that was the case. I don't know what cheese they used, but it was missing any of the attributes named above. My husband and I had been hiking and were pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant. We enjoyed everything about our meal here, The food was excellent and we had a fun conversation with the owner. We felt very lucky to have such an enjoyable meal on our hike. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Also, my profile photo was taken at the restaurant.
we were a week in saas fee in the ski holiday. last night we wanted to eat typical Swiss and in a typical alpine hut. we found the alp hut and were actually very satisfied. rösti with a cheese and a baked egg. nothing extravagant but cozy, original and nice staff. recommended for a cozy evening.
a charming mountain site, a decoration that evokes the love of eric the boss, the mountain and its wildi neighborhood, its attachment to the decorations and ancient objects typical of Valais. a good mountain cuisine. very pleasant room for dinners and a sun terrace in the day.

reception and very warm service, typical decor, traditional music, small piece of live accordion of the owner, very good cuisine, finally everything was at the rdv to spend an excellent evening. We went back the day after the hit!
We ate well in this restaurant. The waitress was very smiling and friendly. The fondue was good! prices are correct against other Saas-Fée restaurant that practice unbelievable prices. Good address, we'll be back!

We came to dinner one evening in the week with Swiss friends, we were delighted by the nice decor of the restaurant but also by the quality of the meal and service, we will come back to dinner with great pleasure.
they put us a little bit to bring you the dish but overall a night nothing bad.The cheese fondue is good and the rosti is literally delicious.
