This is a new(Ish) restaurant in the centre of Gandia and well worth a visit. This is our third visit. Staff are welcoming, the decor is modern, open and bright and the food is interesting and excellent quality. We chose the €12:50 set lunch which included bread, savoury’s and a drink, both had soups which were very good and filling roast duck for main course (not great in the veg. stakes). The chocolate plate desert was similar but much better than we had had in a Michelin star restaurant recently ! true. Coffee was really nice. Great value for money and excellent service. El lugar es agradable y el camarero fue correcto y atento. Había poca gente y la verdad que fueron muy rapidos Nosotros probamos la cena de tapas y, aunque el planteamiento está bien pensado, la comida nos dejo algo frios. Recomendamos la tempura de bacalao y la sorpresa de gambas (las tapas varian semanalmente). Probamos además la coca de especat, el nido de huevo y el queso de cabra frito, que fueron correctos, pero tampoco reseñables. El precio esta muy bien, para la cantidad. Con ganas de volver a ver si tenemos mejor suerte con las tapas!
We have eaten many times in Alquimia and each time has been excellent. The food, the quality has that edge on other similar restaurants and the menu is extensive. A plate of the Jamon Iberico was perfect with a glass of wine while we surveyed the menu for the rest of our meal. A lovely bottle of Jose Pariente Vedejo . Every dish served well and every dish enjoyed. If you like to finish with a sweet try the Torrija Caramelizada. Highly recommended.
First time here. My husband and I had the Menu al Dia. Very nice, relaxed but sophisticated decor and good service. The menu al dia was a bit pricey what with one thing and another and the proportions were a little skimpy but overall a good experience. The regular menu looked very good so we’ll be back.

El menú está bien y es original. No es de los baratos porque con la bebida te vas a más de 16 euros pero no está mal pata probar. Lo único que nos nos gusto mucho fue el pescado todo lo demás rico
Bastante bien. Todo muy bueno. Seguramente volveremos. Quizás algo caro en determinados platos, hay que ir en cuidado con lo que se pide. Las torrijas de las mejores que he probado.
Carta curiosa, éramos cuatro comensales y cada uno eligió platos diferentes tanto de entrada y principal. Todo muy bueno me quedo con todo.
Restaurante del centro histórico de Valencia. La comida es correcta, el servicio es muy amable y la decoración bonita.

El menú del día está muy por encima de la media. La comida está recién hecha y muy bien presentada. Muy recomendable.
