Today we are extremely disappointed for the first time in years!!! Quality of the food was very poor. The roast pork was not typically Bavarian poor meat quality and the gravy was totally watery. Instead of the fried trout I ordered, I got plaice fillet (service mistake! . In principle, that wouldn 't have been a bad thing, as I like to eat everything fish. Unfortunately the plaice fillets were neither fresh nor properly fried. Not only that the fillets were too well done and soft/mushy. This was definitely frozen food that had lain in the “juice” for too long after defrosting! The fillets were totally watery and mushy and didn 't taste like plaice. Gute traditionelle bayerische Küche, das Jägerpfandl war ausgezeichnet, allerdings war der Sauerbraten leider nicht sauer genug und etwas zu salzig. Von außen wirkt das Lokal sehr rustikal, innen ist es jedoch ein gemütlicher Gastraum. Freundlicher Service. Zum Abschluss gab es einen Schnaps aufs Haus.

3 x 5 Sterne. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich hervorragend und die Portionen sind großzügig. Bier kostet faire 3,80 € für ein halbes Glas. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein sympathischer Chef. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert!
There were three of us there in the evening. I thought the young team and the facility were great! About the food: It was good, even though there was a very high number of visitors.

Very nice Bavarian tavern with a long tradition. Food very good and inexpensive. Friendly service and a romantic beer garden.
