tremendous cuisine in a restaurant deserving of a Michelin star but perhaps Miami not on 'the list ' of cities deserving thos accolades for some reason. i have dined at 4 Michelin restaurants in 3 countries by coincidence in past month and Alter was right up there , and perhaps superior, to all of them. Incredible tastes, textures and presentation. the staff was wonderful and Brad Kilgore himself came out to chat and get feedback. Truly the pinnacle of Miami dining at this moment....
Amazing hospitality with this very caring staff. Corporate private affair that was perfect for executive clients in an intimate setting. From tasting courses passed around while enjoying crafted cocktails outdoors to the prix fixe menu employed just for our event, it was a first class American cuisine kind of evening. Enjoy the rock and roll music and eat to your heart's content
Soft egg. Omg. That is worth the wait. We had a reservation but it took almost an hour to seat us after. However, we had great service by our server Brian and the sommelier (who treated us nicely, although we only ordered a $45 bottle of wine). I am coming back to try all of the other things on the menu. Brilliant. My mouth was happy. So good!
Stopped in for a cocktail and dessert. The Flor de Jarisco was incredible... A savory concoction with just the right amount of heat. Espresso and Chocolate curd were perfection. Chef Brad Kilgore served us some of the most creative and tastiest food that I've had in a long time. The small, minimalist space was modern, but very comfortable. The service staff was on top of their game, and the whole experience was top notch. A culinary must in Miami.
The Octopus and the 5 course Menu are absolutely fantastic. Host, servees and the entire staff are very professional. this is the place where not attitude is allow and food is a magic journey.. One of the best restaurants in the country
