The Pas de Maimbre restaurant is our restaurant of choice on the mountains above Anzere. Although it is large it is very welcoming aided by Doris & Christophe the current couple who run the place. There is a wide selection of food in the main restaurant which is serve yourself as well as a daily, and very reasonably priced, meal of the day. There is also a very nice waitress service restaurant and terrace with a good range of a la carte choices. Our strange English request for "Cheesy Chips" (Fondue with chips rather than bread) was readily fulfilled although there was a few strange looks from the other diners. This large mountain restaurant lacks the character of most of the other spots in this lovely ski resort, although the views from the south facing terrace are stunning.Well worth a stop for drink if the sun is shining and if you want a quick bite to eat from the self-service restaurant.Inside it lacks charm - a little too like a school dining room for me
Das Essen und die Auswahl sind wirklich gut. Der Service ist weniger gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nur okay. Aber was vollkommen inakzeptabel ist, ist dass sie keine American Express Karten akzeptieren. Ein Touristenort, der nicht alle gängigen Kreditkarten akzeptiert, ist ärgerlich. Leider haben sie keine direkte Konkurrenz.
This place doesn't belong in the categorie of restaurants. It's a large cafetaria where you only stop for having a quick bite. Auf 2400m in der Sonne, mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Wir bestellten eine Suppe und bekamen einen sehr schönen Teller: die Suppe in einem Brot mit Käse als Beilage. Gemüse-Vegetarin-Suppe. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Es hat zwar etwas gekostet, ist es aber wert.
Leckeres Mittagessen mit dem besonderen Salat Chèvre chaud, ein Meisterwerk! Ein wunderschöner Ort auf einer Höhe von 2.350 Metern mit einem einzigartigen Blick über das Rhônetal.
Tolles Familienskigebiet mit schöner Aussicht. Gut für jedes Niveau, Snowboard und Ski. Mehrere Restaurants an den Pisten. Man kann auch schöne Touren unternehmen

Auch in den 70er und 80er Jahren war es ein großartiger Ort für Familien, um sich zu treffen und sich um Kinder zu kümmern, die das Skifahren lernen.
