Tammotel rooms are very clean, but no breakfast. Wifi is very poor. Some rooms have it but it can stop working. Depending on the room, there is no fridge. 24h automatic check in machine SW have to be improved. You cannot extend a room spountaneously to keep the one you already have. The machine will make you change the room. It also made a mistake in a spontaneous reservation extension in the monday morning, as if it were for the stay of sunday to monday. The Hotel staff on the phone are very helpfull, but until u are directed to them, you have to talk to a call center that does not have much information.The restaurant looks like closed all the time. There is nowhere to leave a luggage while...
There was a bit of confusion at first because it seems this hotel changed its name to Tammotel and there was conflicting signage. The hotel is simple and straightforward, clean and functional. Check-in is done self service on an automated machine, it may be not something that everybody will like, but for me worked wonderfully. Unfortunately Wi-Fi never worked on our room, while it was working for other guests. On the other hand the TV was working while some other guests complained theirs was not. Never got to see any staff with the exception of a cleaning lady who knocked to clean our room although we were 15 min away from Check out time and it was hard to communicate with her.
Room Ok, but there is no reception desk.only automatic machine,in case of unexpected problems or shortened stay you can do nothing..after call to service desk we had to send email with request,nothing what can be proceeded immediately..payment also must be done in advance obviously.
Zuerst ist es großartig, dass Tamm ein solches Hotel hat. Wir konnten zu Fuß gehen. Zweitens war das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Badezimmer war modern und fast neu. Nur mit der Maschine hatten wir Schwierigkeiten und man war fast allein im Hotel. Der Preis ist zu hoch. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Die Klimaanlage fehlt und es gibt keine Bar, sondern nur einen Automaten für X Kaffee und keine Getränke.
