Amadeus Patisserie

I visited Amadeus Patisserie around 9:20 am, and it was quite empty. There was a security guard inside, which I found a bit unusual. I tried the raspberry lemon cruffin and rated it a perfect 10/10—it had a delightful balance of slightly sweet lemon flavor with tartness and fresh raspberries, which I highly recommend. The caramel cruffin was good but more intense in flavor than I prefer, so I’d give it an 8/10. The salmon sandwich, however, was only a 7/10 as there was very little salmon for the price, making it not worth it. A dear friend ordered from Amadeus Patisserie, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The fresh strawberry shortcake was delightful, perfectly balanced without being overly sweet.
