I've no idea what the food is like as I got fed up waiting to order and left.When we came in there was only one table occupied,even though it was late,but no one came out to tell us where to sit.Another couple then came in and when the waiter appeared he walked past my wife and me to show them to a tablet firste.Oh,well not a great tragedy.Eventually,we were given a menu but the waiter,who looked as if he'd just learnt of the death of all of his family,kept ignoring us to deal with the other two tables.In the end I decided that if he walked past our table once more without a word that we'd leave and was what, unfortunately,he did.So there you have it, I've no idea if this is typical or if th...
Esta é uma das melhores experiências gastronómicas que poderia desejar, numa das vilas mais charmosas do norte de Portugal. O almoço/jantar é orquestrado por ninguém menos que Amandio, o proprietário, um homem espirituoso, carismático e muito engraçado. O objetivo de ir até lá é relaxar e deixar-se presentear com o que eles têm no dia acompanhado de enormes garrafas dos mais incríveis vinhos. Basta escolher se lhe apetece peixe/marisco ou carne. Este lugar é imperdível, os preços mais que justos. Calma, calma!
We have been in a group and it's not like going out to eat bit rather a complete exhibition of environment, hospitality and, sure, food. Here, you don't chose from a menu, you will have what's served. Stunning seafood, mains, deserts, cheese and different wines. The presentation stands out and we had a very pleasant evening. Totally off the beaten track. If you’re looking for the usual setup when eating out, this is not a place for you. The owner, the decoration and the service practices are very curious to say the least. However, the food is very good. All in all, an experience!
Uma sala de jantar muito aconchegante, a atenção do Amandio é 10, a comida é espetacular, com a melhor companhia, nos sentimos em casa, como uma família, muito obrigado ao Amandio e ao cozinheiro, voltaremos!!
Amandio nos trató de 10, se disculpó con la tardanza de la cena, que ya nos avisó que tardaría, sacando unos entrantes fríos y unos mejillones. Maravillosos los Oporto (tinto y blanco) que nos dió a probar.
