If I could give this establishment no stars I would , they simply made a mistake on a to go order that they not only wouldn’t accept responsibility on but they gave the customer whom they mixed my order up with my personal information and asked that they call me for their food , woman on the phone screaming at me didn’t even apologize, very bad business and giving my information out to another customer is wrong on so many levels
Overall, not an experience that would warrant a return. I got the sautéed broccoli lunch special, the fried rice was good but the garlic sauce used was tangy and sweet. Not what I was expecting. The food was fresh, restaurant was clean, and customer service acceptable. However, I was also not pleased to find a hair in the food.
Very bad customer service, forgot something in order just called to make it right and the lady that answered was fighting with me and saying I was wrong I sent a picture of the receipt to them and they were still saying we were wrong very bad service all the way around, go to Great Ming's Wok instead right in Colonie as well.
Man, these folks are the best. As far as the food, it's a bit above most american/Chinese food. The customer service is excellent. After our order arrived the driver was nice enough to come back and drop off free egg rolls (that I wasn't aware we were supposed to get for free). So that's pretty cool too. I ordered takeout on Monday, getting sesame and teriyaki chicken for $25 plus a $5 tip. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and tough, making it pretty much inedible. I understand it was towards the end of the night, but that doesn’t excuse serving such low-quality food. I'm really disappointed.
This restaurant is decent, and I really enjoy the food. However, I've noticed that they've become quite lazy with their rice lately. It's been really hard the past few times I visited, and it happened again today. It seems like I might need to start looking for other options.
Always on time foodalways hot she is amazing ask for grace .strongly suggest the garlic chicken .homemade dumpling and chicken egg foo young .also wings to die for .she never let's me down

great amount of food. Unique flavor to the general tso, like they make their own spice blend. It is not a buffet and take out only.
