This store is very modern and fun to visit. The store is extremely organized, easy to find content with greatest of ease. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a question regarding the Amazon app and the employee was very knowledgeable and know how the app works. Speaking of the app, it's very well integrated with the store. You can order from the Amazon fresh on the app and have options to pickup in the store. You can use your Amazon gift cards to pay while you're in the store. My first time ever to an Amazon Fresh market. This store is located in the old Wholefoods store.I would say that it was a good experienced shopping here. Products were laid out properly and all isles were clear and cleaned. I noticed that there are many employees, I guess its good for guest service. However, the store was not particularly had a lot of guests. Maybe it was just the hours. So I would say if you come here for some light shopping then it’s good. they also have a little hot food bar and a salad bar.But my favorite would have to be that you can just return your online Amazon purchase at any Amazon Fresh store.
Their avocados, the ones in the green net bags, ARE NOT GOOD.But it is a really nice and clean small market which is very convenient to get the basic groceries. They have ready to eat foods that change every now and then. Almost all employees are nice and with great customer service skills, but with some exceptions. Today one of them was a little moody and gave me an attitude. I wish I had taken the clue; it was like the way of that employee to tell me not to buy the food I was placing in the container. When I got home and tasted it I wish I hadn't bought it.
Oh my goodness, what a terrible experience! I will never go back. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the store was dirty. The produce was spoiled, and the prices were ridiculously high. The employees had awful attitudes, which was incredibly frustrating. The sushi tasted old and stale—absolutely unacceptable! When I cut into the melons, I discovered they were rotten. I wasted $6 on that! When I expressed my concerns to the store manager, she didn’t seem to care at all. Unbelievable! I won’t be returning. Trust me, this isn’t an exaggeration. This assessment is based on a quick stop. We had seen a sale on shrimp in one of their weekly mailers. Couldn't find the item that was pictured. Asked for help, but they weren't very cordial. Anyways showed what the product was. We didn't read the ad clearly.We may be back to shop but not high on the list due to the less than inviting impression. Check it out. Spacious.
When you walk into Azon Fresh, make sure to grab their little specials newspaper. They frequently have deals offering 15% or 20% off your entire purchase when you spend over $35 or sometimes over $50. It really helps save a lot of money! Love this store and its deli. I got a freshly cooked BBQ chicken pizza(so delicious! , and didn’t have to wait more than 10 min since it wasn’t busy. Normally at other pizza restaurants, it will take at least 20-30 minutes. I’ll order again!!

The restaurant meets all expectations; it is clean and well-organized. The staff is friendly and relaxed, and the prices are quite reasonable. Overall, it's a pleasant and calming experience.
