Booked a table online a day in advance. When we arrived we were told that no bookings could be accepted as the restaurant was full. The system didn't even check to see if there was a reservation, but was immediately denied. It wasn't just us, several groups were refused a table. Employees don't want to take responsibility, there wasn't even an apology. We even showed him a confirmation and his reaction was that this is an automated email from the restaurant. No manager in the restaurant and no one to take care of concerns. Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here. Nobody needs to be treated so badly.
Food: Awesome Cocktails: Awesome Service: Disastrous The two of us had reserved a table and had to wait 50 minutes for our order to be taken. The drinks arrived after 40 minutes and the food after 2.5 hours. The food was really incredibly tasty, but it certainly doesn't make up for the waiting time. We also had to wait almost 30 minutes until we could order new drinks. I don't know if I would go again. If the service was better it would be a great place.
Where do all the stars come from? We were there for the first and last time. Ambiance is ok if you ignore the dirty plates for the starter. They actually managed to serve us ONE drink in 2 hours. Although we ordered food, the starter arrived after 40 minutes and unfortunately there was no main course. We didn't have that much time. So the food was bad for me! Several people left the restaurant with us; they were just as satisfied as we were.
Very original and invitingly decorated restaurant. The food, both starters (cassava fries and empanadas) and main courses (lasagna with plantains and platanos) were highly recommended and the service was always nice and courteous. Ich habe dort gegessen und kann es empfehlen. Ich hatte eine Bandeja Paisa. Das Personal war auf jede meiner Bedürfnisse aufmerksam. Ich würde wieder kommen und dieses Restaurant empfehlen. Gute lateinamerikanische Musik.
Eine Bestellung wurde aufgegeben, die trotz Bezahlung niemals angekommen ist. Ich wurde darüber nicht informiert und die telefonische Erreichbarkeit war den ganzen Abend über besetzt.
Wir haben es wirklich gemocht! Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen hatten eine gute Größe. Der Preis war angemessen und der Service war extrem freundlich.
