This is a real restaurant, stylish, efficient, stylish and with above average food. I particularly appreciated the generous spout for a glass of Vino Tinto. But above all, I was intrigued by the court I chose. Bouillabaisse is one of my benchmark dishes... if you do it right, you're okay in my book. This bullabesa was a hybrid and quite interesting. When the chef listens.... The Asian / Colombian rice supplement is amazing! Even better would be Guacamole. The seafoods were amazing and sweet and tasteful, but perhaps a drop more Ricard?
