Yesterday, I noticed a charge of $26.32 on my card from that location, even though I haven't been there in over a year. My card is in my possession. Today, my boyfriend also received a charge from the same place for $54.15, and his card is with him as well. We haven't been to the restaurant at all. We reached out to the business to inform them of the situation, even suggesting there might be an issue with their card reader. They were very nonchalant and didn't seem concerned. We have contacted our banks for further assistance in reporting the fraud, but I wanted to warn everyone to be cautiou...
Placed an order to the establishment in Irvington, NJ 1 week before I wanted my order. Received notification of a reminder of picking up my order via email. Arrived at the establishment and my order was not ready. I had to wait 15 minutes because they never cooked the food. No apology, no thank you for waiting, nothing. Don't bother, customer service is very poor and unprofessional.
Can you please have someone more friendly upfront taking orders and not speaking to customers like they’re disgusted. The bald headed guy talking to everyone like he owns the whole world and he does not. I understand you have over five stars but the customer service matters. And by you not showing it on gives the notion that you only care about the money and not customer service.
It's a take business. It's fast and delicious. Kid-friendliness: A variety of food and sides. I know you will find something on the menu. A variety of desert also.

Parking: Parking lot is very small, there is also a laundrymat, as well another establishment with a limited amount of parking, especially on a friday.
We used to refer to this as "crack chicken" back in the day. I'm not sure it deserves that title anymore; to me, it just tastes pretty basic.
The best chicken I've ever tasted! Whenever I'm in the area, I always make it a point to stop by Ambassador.
Couple years ago this would've been 5 stars across the board. Recipe changed a lot.
